Treadmill Fitness Workout for Moms
We go a bit of a different direction, encouraging Moms to take time for themselves to do what they love. Mandy shows how she likes to spend the very little bit of free time she gets. She showcases her treadmill workout and encourages Mom to get energy from a fitness workout. She dances, punches (like boxing), claps, wiggles, moves, listens to music…has fun! This has helped her numerous occasions with Maddie. This is about a 20 minute aerobic exercise!

I am horrible at maintaining balance but I wake early to enjoy 30 minutes to myself before the kids are up. I also try to get walks in daily (usually with the kids) and read for a few minutes as well on the weekend.
