Treadmill Insanity Workout
| Tonight, I will be showing you some tricky treadmill routines that you have probably never seen. These routines are designed to target specific muscles within your core synergistics as well as legs and thighs. Follow me on the floor and please keep in mind that although you may not be able to do it at the first shot, practice does make perfect.

I have really come far with running on my treadmill and now intiuitvely desire the dance and weights type thing, and today discovered this is happening on earth and omg!, saw the funky lady dance tonight, and the freeballet dance style lady and some other awesome fem, so glad i saw you also, as it gives yet ANOTHER SPECTRUM. I am soooo inspired and begin tomorrow, and thank you heaps man, hey…looking good i mioght like to add.
With the medicine ball part what is that working your core?
It's running at about 2 miles per hour

what speed are you going when you running back and forward and what speed do you just to with the ball for leg work out so sick

Marie, thanks for the comment – Instead of the stability ball, you can simply put your hands on the floor with your arms extended. This should have the same effect. Hope that helps
