Your info is so helpful and informative, thank you so much!
Hey. Is the pace in miles/hour? Please provide workout which has pace in km/hour. Because most of the treadmills here have that unit.
This is helpful but it definitely will have to modify it.
Definitely a killer workout for total beginners. I could barely make it to 10mins!
I've been doing this the past month or so everyday and have been able to go faster and increase the incline! Thanks for the video. I'd love another routine if you can think of one for the treadmill!
yes please more fitness videos!!!!
I live in a small city (in brazil) and we dont have treadmills that incline in here… do you have a suggestion of what should I do? I dont mind running again, if that's a option..
In the PDF, in the "incline" column, what does the "~" indicate?
Just tried your stair-master workout – was brilliant! Can't wait to try this one – don't suppose you're planning on making any more similar style videos? On the same or different machines? 🙂 xx
please do one of these for eliptical machines !!!!
A level 4.5 is a run for me… Not a light jog 😕
Do you ever use the rowing machine? Do you do intervals on that? JW, thanks!
Amazing vídeo! Clear and precise instructions!
great way to run. I do this often because I'm not a very good runner yet.
Thank you for this! I tried it yesterday and loved it. Definitely going into my regular rotation.
Are you doing this for 2016? 🙂
LOVE YOU bought the meal prep and unjunk your food ebooks today!
So excited to try this! I was a hardcore runner in my teens and early twenties until an illness temporarily disabled me. These days, I look forward to easing back into exercise, but still suffer from cold intolerance and nerve damage. I hope to see some more indoor gym workouts soon!
Any machine workouts for backs and arms? That would be cool for me! But this was GREAT!!!
I actually do love to run, but I did this workout today for something different and hoo boy was it intense in the last 10 minutes especially! It was pretty fun. 🙂
Another great video. Thanks
I love that you always do PDF files!!!:D amazing!
This is a great video to give me ideas of what to do on the treadmill and am looking forward to trying this out. 😀
Can you do one for bikes at the gym? (:
how to run and avoid facial wasting at the same time?
I usually walk at a level 6 and incline on 2 and start to jog at a 7.5 -10 speed. you're jogging at a 5. is my machine messed up or will this depend on the person performing the workout?
Love your Video's @Mind Over Munch!!!! Excellent.. Very clear, concise and understandable. Thanks for SHOWING and TELLING !!! LOL!
Maybe A HIIT workout :)))
Great workout, I didn't know my treadmill could go that fast
I have to try this!
Did this workout yesterday at the gym and I fell in love with it! definitely going back to it today
maybe a dumb question, but i wonder if, i have a treadmil at home, do we have the same speed? its swedish, live in sweden. and im starting out to workout but i feel like 3.5-4 is very slow to walk at and 8 low for running, thats why i ask, maybe wierd :p
This is kickin' my bootay! The speed I could roll with but the incline has been killin' me! (in a good way) I've had to reduce the speed majorly on the incline so I don't hold on! Hoping to slowly build up so I can do this 100%. Thanks for this!
I hate to run! BUT I've heard interval training from a few different people that it's very effective and more enjoyable. Will definitely try this, thanks!
This is a lot harder than it seems! I hate running so I tried this but seeing as I'm only 4'11'' tall I jog at 4mph lol had to modify it for me but definitely gets me sweating. I like that it keeps running interesting and bearable. This will definitely be a part of my regular workouts. Thanks!
Wanted to start running right about now!
so trying this tomorrow thanks can't wait for more videos 🙂
Loved this I get bored easily and I'd love to try this and hear some more love your videos 👏💜
yes more workouts please! maybe like your fave muscle building exercises? 🙂 LOVED this video
Thanks!!! <3
i want to start running but usually i just walk fast… can it be right for me if i do just the first part (low & high thing) and skip the rest? (obviously with few minuts after that to cool down)
(sorry for my bad english)
I don't like running lol But I will try this 🙂
I really like this format and I am sure gonna try it …
Most of the times I am doing just cardio exercises in gym… Can you please tell what else normal exercises can women do apart from cardio ones?
Love this video! Can you shown us tips for the Eliptical and the stair climber? Also weight machines would be great too! Thanks
Great idea, Alyssia! I will definitely give this a go the next time I'm at the gym. I'll have to convert the mph to kph though (I live in Australia)
Love this. What about an interval training for the elliptical? This has less impact on the knees, feet, etc., so might be useful for those who need that. Your style is so inviting and enthusiastic. I think you could be very helpful to many with another type! I'll look for all your future exercise vids. Blessings!
LOVE IT!! GREAT tips for me e hose noy a very good runner 😁 keep your awesome vids coming your so relatable and easy to watch and listen to if that makes sense. I wish you were my personal cook and personal trainer haha 💖
This looks like it's gonna be really helpful! I have a treadmill at home and this is gonna be a really good way to use it!
I feel the same way about running, so this is perfect! Thanks a bunch!
