It depends on what kind of program your on and what your goal is, but no matter what rest days are crucial!!! You have to give your body the opportunity to recover and build muscle. Best of luck!

How many rest days do you have because I hate having a rest day always….
I think I will use this as my warm up prior to a workout such as a leg workout.
It can be a highly effective way to train but you have WAY too much substitution and this remains FAR too dangerous for the average person to do this….especially at those speeds and bc all treadmills are different
