would running on incline at high speeds cause any injuries? like I do 13 on incline 4 can this

Do this for 10mins n you'll reach SMIT levels or supramaximal intensity interval training levels and you'll either puke things out or you'll end up on the floor and realise that the curtains are drawing or if u survived you'll be gasping for air for the next half an hour n walk around the gym feeling giddy n sweating your shirt off. N then u go home have a liltte dinner cos u dun really feel that hungry but drink gallons of water but still wondering why are u still subtly panting n then fall sleep like a baby.
18% incline @ 6kmph 3mins
8% incline@14kmph 40secs on 20secs off x 4.
5% incline @ 18kmph 30secs on 15secs off x4.
2%incline @18kmph 40secs on 20secs off x 4.

Great video! Banged up my knees in the USMC and slowly getting my leg strength back on the treadmill.
This was easy for me as i am a runner and have decent cardio although i have a beer gut that defo needs to go, i have now changed to placing the machine at highest incline and sprinting 10 rounds of 30 secs on and 30 seconds off….it fucking kills and the sweat is unbelievable but i have noticed fat literally falling off within first 2 weeks…I do this twice per week with 3 days of weights.
