Treadmill Workout Circuit

Treadmill circuit
Get on the treadmill and do the following moves:
1. walking lunges. low speed, no incline
2. Side cross walks. Great for inner thighs. Medium speed, high incline. Do both sides
3. Reverse walks. Great for butt and glutes. Medium speed, high incline
4. Plank walks. Need two treadmills. First time do moving feet, then switch and do moving hands. no incline, low speed.
BONUS: plyometric water bugs
