TREADMILL WORKOUT | HIIT STYLE CIRCUIT TRAINING | DON'T PLAY YOURSELF EP. 3

Hi all! I hope you guys like this style of training and implement this 2-3 times this week to participate in my “don’t play yourself series” Intro to the series here:
FULL WORKOUT BELOW:

30 sec sprint, move right into 30 jumping lunges (15 each leg)
30 REST
30 sec sprint, move right into 15 curtsey lunges each leg
30 REST
30 sec sprint, move right into 30 jumping jacks
1-2 minute rest, REPEAT 4 MORE TIMES 🙂

  • how do i incorporate hiit on the treamill and weight lifting (such as leg, arms and arms)? like i'm confused on how i should schedule this during my week or if i should just do hiit 3 times a week and strength every 2 days since my primary goal is to lose weight
