I am 62 years old, was working out 5 days a week since 2009 and now since covid-19 I cannot seem to get motivated, I’ve heard people say ‘just do it’ I do it for one day then I stop.
I have equipment at home,
Such as 2 10lb dumbbells, 2 12lb dumbbells, 2 15lb dumbbells, 1 25lb dumbbell (at the time of purchase there was only one) mednice ball (12lb). Sliders, bands
I no longer want to workout at gyms, I’d rather do it from home.
What are the best motivated music to use to get me pumped up.
The reason for lack of motivation is feeling down and slight depressed, due to the COVID-19.
Love watching your videos, especially the ones where you have a timer. What is your suggestion of keeping up with them?

I can 100% guarantee I would fall and have a torn tendon or ligament fracture if I attempted this workout, I barely have enough grace to do these on flat unmoving ground but love having to work towards something!
