Now after a little more than a month into trying the idea I can say that I think over the long haul this is an ideal way to get control of your eating habits. I have not lost as much as the book indicated but I have lost more inches than was expected. If you want a healthy and perfect body, then don’t waste your time and start to follow these instruction quickly.
while cool ideas to train… I think its not good for the treadmill to do that on it.. It is like driving your car with the handbrake on!.. Now there may be treadmills that when off, disengage from the power mechanism.. like maybe yours.. and then, it may be ok. but for many treadmills out there.. this would be a guarantee of breaking it!.. but THEN you could do all this exercises with it, with no problem.. just not run with the power anymore! 😛
