i didn't ! lol, that's how i do my workouts, 3 kilometers in 30 minutes, for over 100 days, but you can get it if you do this longer, for a couple of years. eat healthy do not starve at all! and forget about shakes and crap. abs are made in the kitchen, remember 70% diet ,30% exercise

Is it bad to run vigorously 15-20 minutes at 7.4 mph with an elevation of 6 percent?
i just go a constant speed for 30 minutes

I'm always scared that I'm going to trip and fly off of the treadmill if I don't hold on lol!

You really don't need to do all that just to make a sammich.
Also, don't put the treadmill right up against a wall to avoid hitting the wall when you stride.

@miketheman321 true.. i just put up some high bass loud speakers in my garage, connected it to my laptop and did my run in beat with the songs, i rekon ipods r shit for runing as they slip out lol.. Speakers FTW!.. but yeah music = motivation = fun workout ( as long as u update ur playlist)
@amarjot92 how do you lose 1300 calories in a hour by walking?.. i run for 35 minutes about (14.5 km's a hour) and lose about 670 calories in 35 minutes.. running.
