Thank you making a video on a sensible way of doing this. I have seen a lot of people going too fast or too heavy with a bunch of ridiculous movements. I also appreciate you reminding people it's not lifting session. Liked and shared.

I've done twist with 5 lbs weights ( that is what i call it lol)raise one leg and opposite hand omg it feel like I was running a marathon
