Treadmill Workout

We get very bored of straight cardio on the treadmill, so we decided to mix it up a little and do sprints/strength training. Either follow along with us in our video or see below for a workout you can incorporate into your daily treadmill fix…while having a little fun!

-24 Oblique Side Dips

-30 Second Plank
