upright stationary bike beats the treadmill if you are actually going in there to eff shit up. No way to watch a movie or read a magazine when in the right zone,… and no risk of tripping when going 25 mph on a sprint.
JMHO I take my stationary training seriously.
outside running is better then treadmill
Any exercise burns fat. You just need to walk for longer than you'd run.
I walked for over a year and lost 120lbs. I did not run at all.
Walking wont do shit, run stallion run.
I do both. but i find its harder to bike then walk. I walk about an hour to two hours a day and every other day i do 20mins on the bike on mid tenson. i see the bike as building muscle in the legs i feel a much better burn on the bike.
Nice video, I have also heard (not sure if it's true) that people who do cardio on bikes tend to have lower bone density (hence weaker bones) because of no impact training. Although running impacts our joints, they are made for this and it also helps strengthen the bones.
stationary bikes can help me make my big tummy gone??
