When I was my most lean, I still had a small pooch on my lower abdominal area cuz that’s where I store most of my fat so it’s the literal last place that my fat leaves, I incorporated walking on an incline of 15 for 30-45 mins before or after my strength training sessions just twice a week and the fat just melted away in about 4 weeks. It was incredible lol

weights are actually pretty important too though, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn while resting which in the long run will make you lose weight faster and you'll be able to fit in more calories 😀

I'm currently in the middle of doing 12/3/30. It's hard at first but the more you do it the easier it gets. And no matter what you do, you're gonna end up disgustingly sweaty. But its worth it, cause like Blair said "walking makes you feels so good" and shes right

Let me tell you, I didn't know my hair was curly until I literally shaved my head. No offense meant at all but you look like you put your hair through a lot and ik you've said you straighten it a lot and that's 100× worse if you don't use heat protectant. If you really want to do the curly girl method you're gonna have to shave your head and see what you're really rocking with first which I personally would be here for because you already seem like you've come a long way with your confidence and I guarantee (speaking from personal experience) that shaving your head is hella empowering and every girl should do it once in their life lol
