I tried Lauren Giraldo’s 12 3 30 treadmill routine for 2 weeks! I had big results after just one week!! This really works and everyone that’s struggling to lose weight should definitely try it! I speak about my results towards the end of the video and I also include before and after pictures.

Try fasting for a week, and drink a lot of water and give yourself breaks don’t pressure yourself. Another tip is to not have intense workouts because those could eat your motivation to workout just enjoy what your doing and be healthy❤️. Amazing vid btw.
