Welcome to this 52-minute virtual indoor exercise video filmed in the stunning city of Vienna. Starting off in Austria’s capitals parks and gardens, you’ll then run through the baroque streetscapes of the old and new town before enjoying a stretch along the banks of the Danube, a river ingrained in Viennese tradition. You’ll then finish by heading back to the area around the Hofburg Imperial Palace, illuminated beautifully against the skyline as dusk turns into night.

This workout will be guided throughout and you’ll receive regular on-screen prompts showing your targeted level of effort, which can be achieved through pace or incline (or resistance if using other indoor fitness equipment).
