    I only came across this video and wanted a HIIT workout, 8.8mph – 14kmph, on my treadmill 8.8 is not fast, so DOH i ramped it upto 14.0 presume this was wrong? but it definitely got the heart pumping

    I am a relatively new runner, I’ve only been running a little bit over a year. With that said, this is just the right length of a treadmill workout but there’s no way I can set my treadmill to 8.8 miles and sustain that speed every other minute. I would trip and fall off the treadmill. So I set it to a more realistic pace for me, which is 6.6 miles. This way at least I got through the entire workout. Thank you.
