HIIT Treadmill Workout (15min) To burn fat not muscle in my basement

Join me for my fat burning secret weapon: (Treadmill HIIT).

Instructions to work out:

Walk at 1.5 mph for 30 sec

Run as fast as you can without flying off for 1 min or longer (My current running speed is 6.7 mph).

Walk at 1.5 mph for 30 secs-2min or until you can somewhat catch your breath and drop your heart rate just a little.

Repeat this pattern for a total of 15 min.

Include at least a 1 min walk at the end and a stretch for better recovery 🙂
