I DID THE LAUREN GIRALDO 12-3-30 TREADMILL CHALLENGE *asthma has entered the chat* and here are my results!

In this video, I will be showing you my day to day progress. I give you tips and tricks if you want to try this challenge yourself, as well as how many calories you burn per session. Honestly, I loved this challenge and decided to continue for a month (look out for that video!). It is definitely something I can see myself incorporating into my gym routine. I was struggling to find something to make cardio fun and I think I’ve found it! LAUREN, you’ve outdone yourself :p.

  • okay someone HELP- what am i doing wrong??? I'm on 12-3-30 (since i have a treadmill with Kms i put it upto 4.8 kmph) AND I DONT hold the handle bars…but even after 30 mins of the uphill battle i barely burn 180 calories, which is almost half of what i should be burning. i am definitely on a 12 level incline. i dont know what i can do more !!! please help :/

  • I love the positivity and comedy. I wish you had shown the after the same way you show the before. There is a big difference when you leave the waistband up so it's not an even comparison but you're still beautiful non-the-less!

    yesss i tried her challenge last year when sarah bispy did it! she actually lives in arizona!! i saw her tiktok hahah omg the gyms opened again! but you should be confident you are so beautiful!! no one is perfect! omg that's so amazing to hear!! omg IT IS hard yeah!! it feels like forever and i'm like omg i usually watched youtube videos to pass by time! omg yess taking your hands off the handles bc it actually helps omg my knee has been hurting lately idk if it's bc i like twisted it but i dont want to see a doctor bc i think it's minor! your food looks so good!! i need to do this again! i wish i had a treadmill at home! omg you dont look as bloated you look so good!!! your booty looks good i'm just saying🤣🤣🤣

    Great great tip about not holding the handles ! I see it all the time in the gym, and you really do yourself a disservice.. I would suggest walking with no incline compared to walking on a incline and holding the handless. Great share and great edits Shayy, I always love the message in your vids !
