  • Hi my name is Stewart from Wiltshire is there anybody out could answer me or help with this question ,, ia 62 I have been in sport most of my life I have ran marathons halfs 10 ks ,I run on my treadmill about 4 times a week every week with out fail I am stil very competitive in myself ,,l run from October to March ,,then cycle March to September .my times on the treadmill for 3 miles is pb is 16.mins 55 secs to 17 20 pace at 10. 7 mph finishing at 11.8 mph, and 4 miles 23 32 secs is that good for my age my main hobbie is road cycling.many thanks Stewart
